TRADITIONAL CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE

Chinese Herbal Medicine provides a time-proven solution to your problems. Are you fed up with taking pharmaceutical drugs and their frequent side effects? Finally there is a way to treat most of our modern diseases using the most sophisticated form of natural medicine in the world, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a complete medical science with its own theory of physiology and mental functions, its own diagnostic techniques, and treatment modalities which include Acupuncture and herbal prescriptions. The cornerstone of TCM is Chinese herbal medicine, which has a 2,000-year history of continual evolution and success. It is one of the most sophisticated clinical systems in the world for successfully treating patterns of disease.

Chinese Herbal prescriptions, usually comprising of several herbs into one formula, have the distinct advantage of treating multiple symptoms. The vast pharmacopeia of herbs and other ingredients however, must be prescribed by the herbalist on an individual basis. The same herb, for instance, can cause constipation in one individual and diarrhea in another. We encourage you to try Chinese Herbal Medicine as en effective and safe solution to your health needs.

INJECTION THERAPY

We use an array of injectables to address various health needs including Amino Acids, Lipotropic (weight control) preparations, and Vitamin B12. B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that is naturally occurring in many plant and animal sources. Vitamin B12 keeps the body’s blood cells and nerves healthy, and also helps to make DNA, the genetic material within cells. With a proper diet and a fully functional digestive system B12 is normally abundant in the body. In cases where the mucosal lining of the intestines does not allow for the production of a type of protein called intrinsic factor, B12 supplementation is required. Additionally, chronic use of certain medications as well as periods of intense stress can reduce the stores of vitamin B12 within the body.

B12 injections have been used in pain therapy for decades 1. According to the literature B12 may help to regenerate damage to nerves as well as in blocking inflammatory pathways. It has been frequently called the “neuro-vitamin” because it help the body in creating nerve cells. Diabetic Neuropathy, a type of nerve damage that occurs in diabetics, may be helped with intramuscular B12 injections 2.. In many cases, an individual may choose to receive injectable vitamin B12 because it simply makes them feel better. In these circumstances a series of routine injections followed by a maintenance period to evaluate and monitor the effects is recommended.

AURICULAR THERAPY

Auriculotherapy is a healthcare modality in which the external surface of the ear, or auricle, is
stimulated to alleviate pathological conditions in other parts of the body. While originally based
upon the ancient Chinese practice of acupuncture, the somatotopic correspondence of specific
parts of the body to specific parts of the ear was first developed in modern France.

Ear acupuncture provides a more scientifically verified means of identifying areas of pain or pathology in the body than do such traditionalChinese medicine approaches as pulse diagnosis and tongue diagnosis. In auricular diagnosis, one can identify specific problems of the body by detecting areas of the car that are darker, discolored or flaky. Pathological ear points are notably more tender or have higher skin conductance than other are as of the auricle. The subtle changes in auricular diagnosis may identify conditions of which the patient is only marginally aware. A new practitioner’s confidence in auriculotherapy is strengthened by the recognition of reactive ear points for health conditions that were not previously reported by a patient.
